open an account with you? |
| It couldn't be quicker,
simply pass your details to any one of our departments by any means
at your disposal...even carrier pigeon. If during office hours we
will guarantee a response within the hour. No forms, references or
paperwork necessary. |

you out of hours? |
| This one's for the Network
Managers and downright workaholics amongst you...If you need to contact
us (providing you have an account) you're dedicated contact will have
no problem in answering your dilemmas. |

| How can I check the
status of an order? |
You can check the current
status of an order/quote at any time.You simply enter your order number
and click on the "Submit" button. We will then send you
the current status of the order placed, whether it was placed on the
web or with one of our sales team.
This information is available in real time 24 hours a day. |

| How long will the products
stay in my shopping basket? |
| Products placed in the
shopping quote will be deleted if you log out of your account or if
your account is inactive for a certain period of time. The shopping
basket is only designed for immediate purchases. |

| Can I get a copy of
an invoice via email? |
You can also request
copies of any documents relating to your order by contacting your
dedicated account manager (account customers only) or by calling our
customer services department on 0845 249 1779.
*Please note that an invoice will not be available until your item
has shipped. |

| What if I don't want
promotional or marketing material sent to me? |
| Simply put...if you
don't want any, you won't get any. C.P Ltd will never send you promotional
material unless you request us to do so. |

| You will receive login
confirmation details via email. If you have any problems with your

consumer? |
To login, please be
sure to enter the email address that you used originally to set up
your online account and not a previous username.
Your password will remain the same. If you experience any problems
